September, 2006: EuroBSDCon and Travel GrantsSEPTEMBER 25, 2006
The FreeBSD Foundation is proud to announce it is a sponsor for the EuroBSDCon 2006 Conference in Milan, Italy. EuroBSDCon is the main european BSD conference where members from all BSD teams meet and share experience and first hand knowledge with the users of BSD systems.
The Foundation is now accepting travel grant applications for EuroBSDCon. We will be providing a limited number of travel grants to individuals requesting assistance with travel expenses. Please fill out and submit the Travel Grant Request Form by October 6 to apply for this grant.
Though we would like to support everyone who applies, priority will be given to FreeBSD developers speaking at the conference. Due to constrained resources, we would appreciate if developers could look to their employers first for sponsorship or cost-splitting.
NOTE: The deadline for submitting Travel Grant Request Forms for EuroBSDCon is October 6, 2006.
The Trademark Usage Terms and Conditions documentation was updated August 21. Please make sure if you have been granted permission to use any of the Foundation’s trademarks, that you review this document again.Back to Latest News
